Course Overview

Designed to give anyone involved in music promotion the information they need to run legal, socially responsible, profitable events, this qualification has been given a massive thumbs up by some of the top names in the industry.

Who is the course for?

This exciting qualification is for anyone who is interested in taking those first steps into promoting music in any venue, from a pub to a very large, wet and muddy field!

Course Benefits

Of course it is the achievement of receiving a Level 2 qualification, but many that have attended the course have found the open format of the two days very refreshing. Delegates are actively encouraged by the tutor to share their ideas and experiences in an informal environment. The qualification is recognised by many Responsible Authorities as being an important tool in reassuring them that the event will be run safely and diligently. The City of London Police state that “Any promoter wishing to hold a promoted event in the City of London must have completed the British Institute of Innkeepers award for music promoters”.
