Course Overview
The Effective Call Management course is designed for any member of staff dealing with inbound and outbound calls, teaching them to do so effectively. Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to confidently deliver a strong message, and understand the importance of customer selection and tailoring the message to suit the customer.
