All bookings made in respect of training are accepted by abv Training Ltd on the following terms and conditions:

TERMS OF BUSINESS

Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability.

Payment terms

Payment is to be made in full before commencement of ALL courses/services. Any additional expenses incurred by our Trainer (e.g. for on-site courses) will be invoiced after the course.

Where a training course is offered at a discount from our list price, the discounted price offered is subject to payment with booking and availability of places.

If an individual candidate is unable to attend the scheduled course date, the candidate should notify abv Training at least 24 hours in advance. If they do so, abv Training will agree an alternative course date with the candidate for any course date in the next 6 months, subject to availability and to the payment of an administration charge (currently £15.00 - payable at time of amendment).

Where a candidate fails to notify abv Training of their inability to attend their confirmed course date then a new booking will have to be made. This may incur a re-booking fee of £50.00 plus VAT. Where the candidate fails to contact us within 4 weeks of the original confirmed course date, then any re-booking after that date will be treated as a new booking and shall attract the full course fee in force at that time.

Certificates (BIIAB)

Once received from BIIAB, certificates are dispatched to successful candidates via First Class mail. Duplicate certificates can be obtained from us at a cost of £25.00 (to be paid by the candidate)

Language

All courses and events are delivered solely in the English language and delegates are advised to be sufficiently proficient with the English language before attending a course.
